Join JBRPC and the Rockaway Hotel for a beach cleanup after the 4th of July!

Our beaches often get very dirty after 4th of July celebrations. We invite you to join us on July 5th to clean the beach and raise awareness about litter and plastic pollution. By taking practical action to protect the environment, your collection efforts allow us to use data to influence laws and reduce waste at the source!

Gloves, bags, tools will be provided. Volunteers are encouraged to wear weather-appropriate clothing and sturdy, closed-toe shoes, and bring their own water and sunscreen.

Volunteers will meet by the Rockaway Beach Boardwalk Roller Hockey Rink on Shore Front Pkwy.
