Join the Jamaica Bay-Rockaway Parks Conservancy for a shoreline cleanup at Rockaway Community Park!

Join JBRPC, The Garden by the Bay, Sail Rockaway, and NYC Parks, for a shoreline cleanup event supported by Councilmember Selvena Brooks-Powers and Assemblymember Khaleel Anderson. Volunteers will remove harmful debris from this beautiful shoreline. Volunteers will help remove trash and debris from the shoreline and surrounding park while enjoying incredible views of Jamaica Bay!

Gloves, bags, and tools will be provided. Volunteers are encouraged to wear weather-appropriate clothing and sturdy, closed-toe shoes, and bring their own water and sunscreen. Event is rain or shine.
