Join the Jamaica Bay-Rockaway Parks Conservancy and Councilmember Eric Ulrich to improve Frank M. Charles Memorial Park! Join us as we transform the central pathway to a living landscape with new plantings. We’ll prepare the site by removing the turf grass, turning over the soil, and weeding areas bordering the pathway. This work will prepare the beds for thousands of new native plants to be planted the following weekend on October 5 and 6 (time and details TBD).
