Be part of the Respect Campaign and join the Jamaica Bay-Rockaway Parks Conservancy, Surfrider Foundation - NYC Chapter, and NYC Audubon for a beach and marsh cleanup at Dubos Point Wildlife Sanctuary. The Dubos Point Wildlife Sanctuary is an important natural area in Jamaica Bay, it’s salt marshes provide habitat for local wildlife and migratory birds and help clean our waterways. Join us as we remove debris from this important wetland!

 In order to ensure your health and safety, please make sure to follow the socially distant volunteer guidelines found at jbrpc.org/volunteer along with local, state and federal guidance related to COVID-19. Masks and hand sanitizer will be available.

Gloves, bags, tools will be provided. Volunteers are encouraged to wear weather appropriate clothing and sturdy, closed-toe shoes, and bring their own water and sunscreen. Event is rain or shine.
