Please join us for a guided walk of Bayswater Point State Park. Walk along the trails of this 12-acre park at the eastern edge of Jamaica Bay, which wind through woodland, marshland, and open beach habitats. We'll look for migrating birds, search for salt marsh critters, and identify plants that support many species of wildlife as the park transitions to fall.

Families are encouraged to attend this walk! Children will receive an Exploring Jamaica Bay Nature Journal to help guide their exploration of the park.

All attendees will receive a free copy of the Jamaica Bay-Rockaway Parks Conservancy's Common Plants and Pollinator in Jamaica Bay and Rockaway: A Field Guide.

We'll meet inside the park entrance at the northern end of Mott Avenue. The address is 33-99-33-27 Mott Ave, and location coordinates are 40.612670, -73.771516. Please wear comfortable closed-toed shoes suitable for walking.
