Join the Jamaica Bay-Rockaway Parks Conservancy and Assembly Member Jaime R. Williams for a World Wetlands Day cleanup at Plumb Beach. Help remove harmful debris from this important shoreline and wetland. For more information about World Wetlands Day visit https://www.worldwetlandsday.org/.

In order to ensure your health and safety, please make sure to follow the socially distant volunteer guidelines found at jbrpc.org/volunteer along with local, state, and federal guidance related to COVID-19. Masks and hand sanitizer will be available.

Gloves, bags, tools will be provided. Volunteers are encouraged to wear weather-appropriate clothing and sturdy, closed-toe shoes, and bring their own water and sunscreen. Event is rain or shine.
