Volunteers are needed to assist with installing youth conservation art signs along the Rockaway Beach Boardwalk. Signs will be temporarily installed on the boardwalk through the summer to raise awareness about nesting shorebirds.

Meet on Rockaway Beach Boardwalk near Beach 58th Street.

Volunteers should be comfortable bending, stretching, and moving along the boardwalk in the sun. Please bring water, sunscreen, hat, and work gloves. We can provide work gloves for those without. Installation will be rain or shine. However, we will contact you via email if we have to cancel due to unsafe weather conditions.
