Join Jamaica Bay-Rockaway Parks Conservancy and Natural Areas Conservancy to help maintain the bayside trails at Jamaica Bay Park

Volunteers will meet at Egmont Place, off of Mott Ave in Far Rockaway, New York to help remove trash and debris from Jamaica Bay Park while enjoying incredible views of the Bay! Help maintain the bayside trails and see nesting birds and horseshoe crabs. It is a great event for children of all ages.

Gloves, bags, and tools will be provided. Volunteers are encouraged to wear weather-appropriate clothing and sturdy, closed-toe shoes, and bring their own water and sunscreen. The event is rain or shine.

NOTE: We are closely monitoring Air Quality Alerts for our region. While the air quality has improved, it is still advisable to exercise caution and be mindful of any health concerns. We advise bringing your own N-95 mask but masks will also be available to participants who need one.
